Chicago, Il. The famous Billy Goat Tavern located in the bowls of lower level Michigan Avenue near the Chicago Tribune and Sun - Times celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2009. The well known and respected tavern owner Sam Sianis, is the nephew of the original owner Billy Sianis. Legendary newsman Mike Royko and other newspaper reporters and photographers frequented the bar.
